ArborGold connects to a database that holds all the information entered in ArborGold, PhoneCenter and WorkScheduler. This database can be either Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL Server depending on the ArborGold license. The Microsoft SQL database is recommended when there are five or more users and is required for offsite synchronization across the internet.

Supported Versions
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008
*Synchronization requires Workgroup Edition or higher for SQL Server 2005 or newer
**Windows Vista/ Seven requires Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Sp2 or higher as earlier version are not supported
