Pagel is the lead software engineer for ArborGold. Under his direction the Arborgold program defined and successfully demonstrated within tree care, lawn and landscape services, a new paradigm in software development. This approach is characterized by a fusion of technology and techniques and incorporates a process-driven, task oriented, approach to software and systems development that is supported by appropriate processes in technology. Did you understand all of that? If not, don't worry, Pagel does and that's what really matters most. Bottom line: new technology is arriving ever faster in today's marketplace and Pagel is on the cutting edge of adapting these at ArborGold.

Pagel is also responsible for leading the analysis, design, development, debugging and modification of ArborGold software, which allows our end users to have a streamlined user-friendly interface when they start implementing the software into their business. He helps trouble shoot and fix any problems that our customers might have.

Pagel enjoys the numerous pets he owns, saying they bring him much enjoyment. He is constantly reading books, articles and other information to constantly stay abreast of new technologies within the software development world. He has an affinity for collecting cars. Sometimes he'll even admit he likes the Mac Plus he still has at home. He has trekked the mountains of Nepal in the Himilayas, and can be found vacationing in remote regions of the world.
